SWAGER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Examine swager to make sure there are no broken parts and that all nuts and bolts are tight.
Cut cable to the required length and insert into the sleeve or stop, leaving a tail that is equal or greater than the diameter of the cable.
Identify the proper cavity on the tool that is designed for the same size sleeve and insert into the cavity properly.
Compress the sleeve into the cable.
A stop can be swaged on the end using the same technique.
Utilize the supplied gauge to ensure your swager is compressing the sleeve entirely. If the sleeve will not fit into the correct slot on your gauge, compress the sleeve again.
